In this area you will find electronic parts of dart machines in exchange for your defective ones. So it's a repair. Shipping will only take place after we have received the defective part from you. In order to minimize the waiting time for the repair, parts that have already been repaired are usually sent after receipt of payment. Only order if you agree.

When sending parts to us for repairs, please note the following:
1.Your data; Write down your name, address, phone number, email (possibly eBay name) and send it along.
2. Error description of what doesn't work and how it happened. Maybe email a video.
3. You just bought the device or has it already been played on without any problems?
4. Keep in mind that making a 100% fault diagnosis at a distance is very difficult - that's why 
In order to save time and shipping costs, we recommend that in the event of a defect, the circuit board(s), the power supply, 
Possibly send the display with the ribbon cable and the coin validator with the ribbon cable together. 
Because a short circuit can damage more than just one part.
5.If the part sent is OK, we will charge a flat rate for the inspection.
6. Take photos of the connections and pack everything well so that nothing is damaged on the way.
7.Do not remove any parts such as Eprom, RAM or PC drivers from the board, otherwise additional costs will be incurred.
8.Parts that have been soldered will not be repaired!!!
9. ATTENTION!!! These are electronic parts, we assume no guarantee for improper handling of the parts. 
Only order if you have some idea of how to reconnect the parts correctly.
